PerfectEar ("we", "our", or "app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our ear training app.

Data We Collect

• Account Data: When you sign in with Apple ID, we receive a unique identifier, name (optional), and email (optional, if you choose to share).
• Progress Data: We save your lesson progress, scores, achievements, and configuration preferences locally.
• Subscription Data: Information about your Premium subscription is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment data.

How We Use Your Data

• To save and sync your learning progress
• To personalize your app experience
• To manage your Premium subscription
• To improve the app based on aggregated usage patterns

Data Storage

Your progress data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and may be synced via iCloud if you have that option enabled in your device settings.

We do not store your data on our own external servers.

Third Parties

Apple: We use Apple services like Sign in with Apple, StoreKit for purchases, and iCloud for optional synchronization.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or other third-party companies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time in Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Revoke the app's access to your Apple ID

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the app.

Children

PerfectEar is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app.
